Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a draft hazard warning that explains the risk, who may be exposed, and what action could reduce it. Share the product or activity, hazard details, intended users, use conditions, and any wording or symbol constraints; you can also provide applicable standards or existing label text for context.
Use follow-up questions or reviewer feedback to refine the wording, hierarchy, and rationale. This is written preparation, not confirmation of regulatory compliance; have qualified safety and legal reviewers check the final warning.
What it writes
A proposed warning label with a clear hazard statement and precaution
A side-by-side wording comparison with notes on clarity and emphasis
A written explanation of the warning's intended audience, risk message, and wording choices
How to use it
The task is framed around the product hazard, audience, and conditions of use, making it easier to develop a warning that addresses the specific context. You can request structured wording options, a rationale, and conversational revisions as you clarify constraints or incorporate reviewer feedback.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Product or activity and the hazard it presents
Intended users, exposure conditions, and relevant use instructions
Existing warning text, symbol constraints, or standards to consider, if available
Describe the hazard and the situation in which exposure may occur
Identify the audience and any precaution or response the warning should communicate
A good fit for
Drafting concise warnings that connect a specific hazard with a precaution
Comparing alternative warning wording for clarity and emphasis
Organizing a written rationale for proposed label language or symbol descriptions
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Draft a warning for [product or activity] about [hazard], for [intended users] in [use conditions].
Compare these warning drafts for clarity and actionability: [paste wording]; the main risk is [hazard].
Write a brief rationale for this proposed warning and symbol description: [details]; account for [audience or constraint].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Certifying that a label meets applicable laws, standards, or regulatory requirements
Assessing a physical product, testing a symbol, or determining actual risk from inspection
Provides written drafts and analysis from the information supplied in chat; it does not inspect products or validate hazard claims.
Cannot confirm compliance, replace qualified safety or legal review, or perform testing and regulatory submissions.
