Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written hazardous-waste compliance checklist or handling plan by sharing your jurisdiction, waste descriptions, approximate quantities, work activities, and any existing procedures or questions. The Agent can organize supplied details into practical steps, flag issues to investigate, and outline reporting questions. Follow up with corrections or added context to refine the draft for your situation. Check applicable requirements with the relevant authority or a qualified environmental professional before relying on the plan.
What it writes
A hazardous-waste compliance checklist organized by activity and follow-up item
Draft storage, handling, or staff procedure text for human review
A list of reporting questions and records to confirm for a specified operation
How to use it
The Agent frames hazardous-waste questions around jurisdiction, waste details, and operational context, then turns supplied information into organized planning text. Conversational follow-up lets you clarify assumptions, add site details, and revise the draft before taking it for qualified review.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Country, state, province, or other relevant jurisdiction
Waste descriptions, approximate amounts, and how waste is generated, stored, or handled
Relevant existing procedures, notices, or specific compliance questions, summarized in text
Provide the location or jurisdiction relevant to the waste-management question
Describe the operation and waste in text; avoid sharing confidential or sensitive personal information
A good fit for
Organizing a site-specific hazardous-waste compliance checklist from supplied facts
Drafting handling, storage, labeling, or staff procedure language for review
Preparing questions and a document checklist for a regulator or environmental adviser
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Using [jurisdiction], [waste types and approximate quantities], and [activities], draft a hazardous-waste compliance checklist with items to verify.
Turn these supplied storage and handling practices into a clear staff procedure, noting missing details: [practices] [site context].
For [jurisdiction] and [operation], organize the reporting questions and records I should discuss with an environmental professional: [known details].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
A definitive legal determination or assurance that a facility meets current requirements
Drafts and organizes written guidance from the details you provide; it does not inspect a site or independently verify current rules.
Does not submit regulatory reports, contact authorities, classify waste definitively, or replace qualified legal or environmental review.
