Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a clear review of health app data practices by sharing what information the app collects, why it is used, who receives it, and where it is stored or processed. The Agent can organize potential privacy risks, draft safeguards, and outline questions to investigate under relevant rules. Follow up with corrections, missing details, or a specific audience to refine the review or turn it into a focused checklist. Have qualified counsel verify legal interpretations and current requirements.
What it writes
A structured written overview of data flows and potential privacy risks based on supplied details.
A prioritized draft checklist of privacy safeguards and follow-up questions.
Suggested revisions to supplied privacy-notice language, with issues to confirm before use.
How to use it
The task framing centers on the particular data flows and jurisdictions you provide, helping organize a broad privacy concern into readable risks, questions, and draft actions. Conversational revisions can incorporate corrected details, narrow the review to a specific audience, or reshape it as a checklist.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the app, its users, and the health-related information it collects.
Share how data is used, stored, shared, retained, and deleted, to the extent known.
Name the jurisdictions or regulations you want considered and provide any relevant policy text.
Provide a sufficiently specific description of the app’s data practices; the Agent cannot inspect the app or its systems.
For jurisdiction-specific review, identify the relevant locations and any rules or legal materials you want used.
A good fit for
Product teams mapping privacy risks in a health app’s data flows.
Organizations preparing an initial list of safeguards and compliance questions.
Teams reviewing privacy notices or internal data-handling descriptions for gaps.
