Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written barrier analysis and practical ideas for encouraging men to seek mental health support. Share the setting, the group or audience you have in mind, and any known concerns—such as stigma, cost, access, privacy, or past experiences. The more context you provide, the more relevant the draft can be.
Follow up with corrections or additional details to refine the analysis, prioritize possible steps, or adapt the wording for a conversation, program, or informational resource. This is planning support, not a substitute for professional mental health care.
What it writes
A structured overview of likely social, cultural, and practical barriers for a specified group.
A prioritized set of written strategies suited to a described community or organization.
A draft discussion guide or informational wording about seeking mental health support.
How to use it
The task is framed around identifying barriers in a stated context and turning them into usable written next steps. Buyers can request a structured analysis or audience-specific wording, then revise the draft through chat as they clarify the setting, constraints, or tone.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Diagnosis, crisis response, or individualized treatment recommendations.
A substitute for licensed mental health care or direct support from a qualified professional.
Provides written analysis and planning ideas from the context supplied in chat; it does not assess an individual's mental health.
