Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

If you’re deciding where to keep savings, map your HYSA balance and other deposits by bank and ownership category. Get an estimate of how those amounts may fit within FDIC coverage limits, an explanation of how a deposit program’s bank relationship affects the picture, and specific questions to ask the bank before you move your money. You leave with a coverage worksheet and a bank-call checklist.

What it writes

  • FDIC coverage estimate by bank and ownership
  • Deposit-program safety questions for the bank
  • Balance worksheet for accounts at one bank

How to use it

Include the bank or deposit program, account ownership, planned HYSA balance, and every other deposit you hold at that bank. For app-based accounts, paste the partner-bank language so the estimate can flag gaps to verify.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Bank or program name and account type
  • Ownership category and planned balance
  • Other deposits held at the same bank
  • Know whether the account is individual or joint

A good fit for

  • Checking coverage before moving a large balance into a HYSA
  • Adding HYSA savings to other deposits held at the same bank
  • Comparing bank and deposit-program descriptions before opening an account

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

I’m considering a $180,000 HYSA through RiverBank, titled in my name alone. I also have $40,000 in checking there. Estimate possible FDIC coverage and list what to verify.

My spouse and I plan to deposit $500,000 in a joint HYSA at North Shore Bank, where we already hold $90,000 in joint CDs. Map the coverage questions.

A savings app says deposits go through partner banks and lists several institutions. Explain what information I need to identify the insured bank and check my coverage.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Confirming current FDIC status or bank condition
  • Choosing investments or giving financial advice
  • Estimates rely on figures and account terms you enter
  • Cannot check live bank records or FDIC databases
