Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.

For climate analysts, students and policy teams assessing polar ice loss, this chat converts mass-loss figures into estimated sea-level contributions, compares scenarios and explains the assumptions behind each calculation. Ask it to check units or build a comparison table from your numbers. You leave with an estimate, a record of the assumptions and a short briefing for your assessment.
What it writes
Sea-level contribution estimate with units
Mass-loss scenario comparison table
Ice-sheet impact briefing
How to use it
Include the ice sheet, mass-loss figures, units, time period and the result you need. For a scenario comparison, give each annual loss rate and the number of years to compare.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Ice-loss figures and time period
Units for each measurement
Sea-level scenario or comparison target
Know whether figures cover Greenland or Antarctica
A good fit for
Comparing Greenland and Antarctic mass-loss estimates for a climate assessment
Checking how a projected ice-sheet loss changes sea-level estimates
Preparing a short policy briefing on polar ice contributions
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Greenland lost 280 gigatonnes of ice in 2023. What sea-level rise does that represent, and what assumptions go into the conversion?
Compare 200 and 500 gigatonnes per year of Antarctic ice loss over 20 years. Show the estimated sea-level contribution in millimetres.
I have annual mass-loss estimates for Greenland from 2002 to 2022. What summary table and caveats should I include in a policy briefing?
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Live satellite monitoring or image interpretation
Site-specific flood elevations or coastal engineering advice
Cannot retrieve current observations or open data files
Estimates depend on the figures and assumptions you enter

Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage cancellation under Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Review the status and cancellation details shown there before confirming.

Can I use the response in my work?
Use it as a draft to review and adapt. Verify calculations, facts, rights, and suitability before relying on it. Do not provide information you do not have permission to share.
Can I paste work or client information?
Your request and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Use placeholders and share only the minimum information you have permission to send. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information; removing names alone does not make restricted material suitable. Review the Privacy Policy before sharing work
