Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For family historians piecing together when relatives left, arrived, or moved within a new country. Enter events from letters, census entries, passenger lists, and family stories to arrange them by date, compare migration paths across relatives, and note gaps or conflicts. Add a place and year to explore the historical context around a move. Leave with a dated family timeline and questions to investigate next.
What it writes
Dated family immigration timeline
Side-by-side migration path comparison
List of record gaps to investigate
How to use it
Include each relative's name, relationship, dates, ports, destinations, and the source of each clue. Mark uncertain years as estimates so the timeline can separate recorded facts from family recollections.
This workspace provides text assistance.

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
My great-grandmother Anna Kowalski was born in Poland in 1882 and appears in a New York census in 1910. Her family says she arrived in 1903. Help me build a timeline and spot gaps.
Three brothers left Ireland between 1898 and 1912. I have their ship arrival years, ports, and first U.S. addresses. Compare their migration paths in a timeline.
My grandfather's naturalization papers say 1924, but family notes say he arrived in 1919. Here are the dates and places I found. Help me map the sequence and flag the conflict.
