Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Share the infant’s age, symptoms, when they began, and any relevant health history to prepare a structured summary of common possibilities and care considerations. You can follow up with new details or ask for simpler wording, a comparison of general treatment approaches, or questions to raise with a clinician. This is informational support, not a diagnosis; seek prompt medical care for urgent or worsening symptoms.
What it writes
A structured symptom-and-timeline summary to discuss with a healthcare professional
A plain-language overview of common explanations and care considerations for a described symptom
A tailored list of questions about severity, treatment options, and follow-up care
How to use it
The Agent frames infant-illness questions around symptoms, timing, possible explanations, and care considerations. It can turn supplied details into organized written summaries and focused questions, then revise those drafts as you clarify the situation or request a different level of detail.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Infant’s age and symptoms, including when they started and how they have changed
Relevant health history, medications, and any details about feeding, hydration, or temperature
Your main concern and what kind of written summary or questions would help
Describe symptoms and timing in text; do not rely on the agent to inspect images, recordings, or medical documents
For a current health concern, use a qualified healthcare professional for assessment and treatment decisions
A good fit for
Organizing observations about common infant symptoms before a healthcare conversation
Understanding general explanations and care considerations in plain language
Preparing focused questions about possible next steps or treatment approaches
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
My infant is [age] and has had [symptoms] for [duration]. Help me organize the details and suggest questions for a clinician.
Explain common reasons an infant might have [symptom], and list what information would help a healthcare professional assess it.
Compare the general care considerations for [condition or symptom] and [other condition or symptom], including questions I should ask the clinician.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Diagnosing an infant or deciding whether urgent symptoms can safely wait
Replacing an examination or individualized advice from a qualified healthcare professional
Provides written informational summaries from details supplied in chat; it does not examine, diagnose, or monitor an infant
Cannot verify current clinical guidance or carry out treatment, contact a clinician, or respond to emergencies
