Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written late-filing penalty analysis by sharing the tax amount, relevant dates, and applicable penalty rules or rates. The Agent can show the calculation, compare penalty structures when you provide the rules for each, and explain how different filing or payment dates affect the figures. Without supplied rules, it can only make an illustrative calculation using stated assumptions—not a jurisdiction-specific estimate. Follow up with corrected figures or assumptions to revise the analysis.
What it writes
A step-by-step late-filing penalty calculation based on supplied rules and taxpayer figures.
A side-by-side written comparison of penalty structures and calculated amounts using rules supplied for each jurisdiction.
An illustrative penalty worksheet in text, with assumptions and the effect of changing dates or figures explained.
How to use it
The Agent frames the task around the dates, amounts, and penalty rules that drive a late-filing calculation, then lays out the arithmetic and assumptions in readable text. You can revise supplied figures, clarify rules, or request a comparison in follow-up messages to refine the written analysis.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Tax amount or other figures used in the calculation, plus relevant filing and payment dates.
Applicable penalty rules or rates for each jurisdiction being analyzed; without them, request only an illustrative calculation with stated assumptions.
Any relevant facts that affect the supplied rules, such as filing status, prior notices, or partial payments.
For a rule-based estimate, provide the applicable penalty rules or rates and the figures and dates they apply to.
If you do not have the applicable rules, specify that you want an illustrative calculation and provide the assumptions to use.
A good fit for
Taxpayers organizing a late-filing penalty calculation from rules or rates they already have.
Tax professionals comparing supplied penalty structures across tax jurisdictions.
Anyone who wants a clear explanation of how stated dates, figures, and assumptions affect an illustrative calculation.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Using these applicable penalty rules [paste rules or rates], calculate a late-filing penalty on [tax amount] for [filing date] and [payment date], and show each step.
Create an illustrative calculation—not a jurisdiction-specific estimate—for [tax amount] and [dates], using these assumptions [state assumptions].
Compare these supplied late-filing penalty rules [paste rules for each jurisdiction] for [tax amount] and [dates], and explain how the results differ.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Determining current penalty rules or obtaining a jurisdiction-specific estimate when the applicable rules or rates have not been supplied.
Filing returns, contacting tax authorities, negotiating penalties, or providing professional tax representation.
Calculations and explanations rely on the rules, rates, figures, dates, and assumptions supplied in chat; results are not verified against current tax requirements.
The Agent can prepare written analysis but cannot file returns, contact tax authorities, negotiate penalties, or confirm eligibility for relief.
