Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For law-enforcement supervisors, planners, and debrief facilitators, this chat turns an incident or exercise summary into an after-action review outline. Map roles and coordination across agencies, sort observations into lessons learned, and prepare questions for the debrief. Leave with a review brief your team can use to guide a preparedness discussion or retrospective.
What it writes
After-action review outline
Interagency coordination discussion brief
Lessons-learned themes and debrief questions
How to use it
In your first message, name the incident type, participating agencies, audience, and review goal. Add a short timeline and the main coordination concerns so the outline focuses on your team’s debrief.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Incident or exercise summary
Audience and review purpose
Questions, constraints, and preferred format
Remove names and sensitive operational details
A good fit for
Preparing a debrief after a multi-agency incident or exercise
Reviewing dispatch, command, and agency coordination after an incident
Planning a tabletop discussion about law-enforcement preparedness
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Create an after-action review outline for a county fair evacuation involving sheriff’s deputies, city police, and fire crews. Focus on radio coordination for a supervisor debrief.
Build a tabletop discussion brief for a school threat exercise with police, school administrators, and dispatch. Include roles, coordination questions, and a 60-minute agenda.
Sort these debrief observations into lessons learned: dispatch relayed the road closure late, two agencies used different staging areas, and the command post lacked a school contact. Prepare questions for a team review.
