Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Use this glossary when a contract, court notice, statute, or legal class leaves you stuck on unfamiliar terms. Get plain-language definitions, see how a term works in a short passage, and compare similar terms such as “dismissed” and “withdrawn.” You leave with a readable glossary and questions to ask a lawyer when the wording affects your rights or obligations.
What it writes
Plain-language legal term glossary
Definitions tied to a document excerpt
Comparison of similar legal terms
How to use it
Include the exact term, a sentence around it, the document type, and the country or state. For example, “indemnify” in a California lease clause may mean something different from the same word elsewhere.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Terms spelled as they appear
A short excerpt or document type
Country or jurisdiction, if known
Choose the relevant jurisdiction, if known
A good fit for
Reading a lease clause and unsure what “indemnify” means
Studying criminal procedure terms before a law school exam
Preparing plain-language definitions for a client handout review
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Explain “joint and several liability” in plain language. It appears in a California apartment lease, and I’m trying to understand the payment clause.
Make a glossary from this excerpt: “The court grants the motion without prejudice.” Explain each legal term for someone reading a small claims notice.
Compare “dismissed with prejudice” and “dismissed without prejudice” in U.S. civil procedure, and tell me what context could change the explanation.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Choosing a legal action or strategy
Advice on how law applies to your case
Legal guidance needs a qualified lawyer
Cannot check current law or court rules
Definitions depend on the excerpt and jurisdiction
