Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For teams responsible for a system from its first business case to final retirement, map the phases, owners, and decision points in a lifecycle plan. Compare options such as repair, upgrade, or replacement using costs and service-life assumptions you enter. Leave with a phase-by-phase roadmap, review checkpoints, and a retirement plan your team can discuss.
What it writes
Phase-by-phase lifecycle roadmap
Repair, upgrade, or replace comparison
System retirement and handover checklist
How to use it
In your first message, name the system, its age, expected service life, annual operating and maintenance costs, and the decision deadline. Those figures make lifecycle options easier to compare.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
System purpose, age, and operating context
Known costs, service life, and constraints
Team roles and required decision dates
Know which system or asset you’re assessing
A good fit for
Planning a new system’s lifecycle before selecting a design
Deciding whether to repair, upgrade, or replace aging equipment
Preparing retirement steps for a system nearing end of service
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
We’re planning a 12-year lifecycle for a packaging line with a $900,000 budget. Map phases, key decisions, owners, and review checkpoints.
Our 8-year-old chiller costs $18,000 a year to maintain; replacement costs $140,000. Compare repair, upgrade, and replacement over five years.
We’re retiring a warehouse control system in 18 months. Give us a shutdown, data-retention, asset-disposal, and handover plan.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
