Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written review of your strength-training volume, intensity, and frequency, plus a progression outline based on the details you provide. Share recent sessions, exercise sets and reps, effort or load, training schedule, goals, and any relevant recovery constraints or symptoms. The draft can be adjusted when you clarify priorities, correct session details, or explain how a suggested change fits your routine. Use it as planning support, not a way to diagnose or prevent injury.
What it writes
A structured summary of supplied training volume, intensity, and frequency
A written progression outline with assumptions and suggested points to reassess
A comparison of load-adjustment options and questions for a coach or clinician
How to use it
The task framing turns session details and goals into a readable load review or progression outline, with assumptions made explicit. In conversation, you can correct inputs or refine priorities so the written plan better reflects the routine you described, without treating it as verified coaching or medical guidance.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Recent sessions with exercises, sets, reps, and loads or effort estimates
Weekly training schedule and current progression approach
Strength-training goal and relevant recovery constraints or symptoms
Provide training details in text; a concise session log is enough to begin
State your goal and schedule, and identify any relevant symptoms or recovery limits
A good fit for
Reviewing how training volume, intensity, and frequency are currently distributed
Drafting a progression outline around a stated strength-training goal
Preparing questions or options to discuss with a qualified coach or clinician
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Review my last [number of weeks] of sessions: [paste exercises, sets, reps, loads or effort]. My goal is [goal] and I train [days per week].
Draft a [duration] strength progression using my current routine [paste routine], available training days [days], and recovery constraints [details].
Compare these two weekly load options [option A] and [option B] against my goal [goal] and schedule [schedule], and explain the tradeoffs.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Diagnosing pain or injury, or deciding whether a medical condition is safe to train with
Replacing individualized coaching, clinical assessment, or supervision for high-risk training
Provides written planning from details you supply; it does not track training or verify session data
Cannot assess injuries, monitor your response to training, or guarantee safety or performance results
