Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a structured written review of a potential medication error, with contributing-factor questions and prevention ideas suited to the workflow you describe. Provide a de-identified account, medication-use stage, and relevant process details or local policy excerpts as text; avoid names and other identifying information.

A follow-up with corrections, missing context, or your preferred format can sharpen the analysis into a clearer incident summary, checklist, or discussion guide. Use it as preparation only: verify clinical and policy decisions with qualified staff and local procedures, especially for urgent patient care.

What it writes

  • A structured incident or near-miss summary with possible contributing factors.
  • A set of focused questions for a medication safety review or team discussion.
  • A draft workflow-specific prevention checklist based on supplied details.

How to use it

The task is framed around a supplied medication-use account, then organized into contributing factors, review questions, or prevention ideas. You can add context, correct assumptions, and request a different written format in follow-up, while keeping clinical and policy decisions with qualified staff.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • A de-identified description of the potential error or near miss and the medication-use stage involved.
  • Relevant workflow details, known contributing circumstances, and any applicable policy excerpts provided as text.
  • The intended audience and preferred format, such as an incident summary or prevention checklist.
  • Remove patient names, dates of birth, record numbers, and other identifying details before sharing an incident account.
  • Have qualified staff and applicable local procedures available to check clinical and policy-related conclusions.

A good fit for

  • Healthcare teams preparing a structured discussion of a medication incident or near miss.
  • Quality and safety staff organizing possible contributing factors from a supplied account.
  • Clinicians drafting practical prevention prompts for a described medication-use workflow.

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Review this de-identified near-miss account and list possible contributing factors and follow-up questions: [account] [medication-use stage] [workflow details].

Turn this description into a concise medication safety discussion guide: [incident summary] [audience] [preferred length].

Draft a prevention checklist for this described workflow, using these supplied policy excerpts as context: [workflow] [policy text] [key risks].

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Making urgent patient-care decisions or determining treatment for an individual.
  • Replacing a formal incident investigation, clinical review, or institution-specific reporting process.
  • Evaluating an incident from identifying patient information or details the user has not supplied.
  • Produces written analysis and prevention suggestions from text supplied in chat; it does not verify facts against live sources or inspect files.
  • Cannot implement workflow changes, file reports, contact staff, or determine whether a specific medication decision is clinically appropriate.
