Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Create a side-by-side comparison and visit-question plan for memory care options, organized around the person’s needs rather than facility marketing. Share the care needs, location or candidate facilities, priorities, budget range if known, and any details you’ve gathered about services, staffing, safety, activities, and costs. The Agent can turn those notes into criteria and questions; provide missing answers or correct assumptions in a follow-up to refine the comparison. Use this as preparation for conversations and visits, not a clinical recommendation.
What it writes
A side-by-side written comparison organized by your stated criteria.
A tailored list of questions for facility calls or visits.
A checklist of missing information to clarify before comparing options.
How to use it
The Agent frames the decision around care needs, preferences, and practical comparison criteria, then organizes supplied facility notes into readable materials. You can add answers, correct assumptions, or adjust priorities in conversation to refine the comparison and questions.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the person’s care needs, preferences, and relevant safety considerations.
Share candidate facility names or location, plus any notes on services, staffing, environment, and costs.
List priorities and budget considerations, if known.
Have a basic description of the person’s needs and preferences ready.
Gather facility information or identify the options you want to discuss.
A good fit for
Families organizing criteria before comparing memory care options.
Caregivers preparing questions for facility calls or visits.
People reviewing facility information they have already gathered.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Diagnosing cognitive conditions or deciding what level of care a person clinically needs.
Replacing an in-person assessment, facility visit, or advice from qualified care professionals.
Works from information supplied in chat; it cannot inspect facilities, contact providers, or confirm current details.
Comparisons and questions are written preparation, not a clinical assessment or a verified recommendation.
