Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
When a colleague’s behavior is disrupting your work, map out what to say and what outcome to ask for. Compare responses to missed handoffs, dismissive comments, or repeated misunderstandings, then shape a message or talking points around your role and workplace constraints. Leave with a plan for the next interaction, specific wording, and a way to keep work moving if the issue continues.
What it writes
A plan for your next colleague discussion
Response options with wording and trade-offs
Talking points for setting a work boundary
How to use it
In your first message, include one recent example with the exact words or action, its effect on the work, and what you want to happen next. That gives the plan a useful starting point.
This workspace provides text assistance.

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
My project partner has missed two handoffs this month, delaying our report. Help me plan what to say in our one-on-one and ask for a reliable deadline.
A teammate interrupted me several times in a planning meeting. Compare ways to raise it privately; I want to work well together and avoid blaming language.
My coworker keeps changing shared priorities without telling me, and our launch is in three weeks. Write a short message asking for a decision process and advance notice.

It does not carry out actions in other applications.
