Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.

Prepare a written outline for a possible post-conviction claim based on new evidence. Supply a text summary of the conviction and prior proceedings, what the evidence is, when and how it was discovered, and any known filing deadlines or jurisdiction details. The Agent can help organize the account, identify questions about relevance and impact, and draft supporting language. Follow-up details or corrections can help refine the outline; have a qualified lawyer check legal requirements and strategy.
What it writes
A structured summary connecting the new evidence to the conviction and case history
A preliminary post-conviction claim outline with supporting points and open questions
A lawyer-review checklist of facts, dates, and procedural issues to confirm
How to use it
The Agent frames the task around the evidence, its discovery, and its possible connection to the conviction. It can organize supplied facts into readable claim-preparation materials, then revise those drafts as you clarify the timeline, case history, or questions for counsel.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Text summary of the conviction, prior proceedings, and current post-conviction posture
Description of the new evidence, when and how it was found, and why it may matter
Known jurisdiction, relevant dates, and any filing deadlines or claim requirements
Provide the relevant case and evidence details in text; redact personal information you do not need to share
If available, identify the jurisdiction and known procedural dates or deadlines
A good fit for
Organizing newly discovered evidence and its connection to a prior conviction
Preparing a preliminary written outline for a post-conviction claim
Turning case facts into questions and supporting language for lawyer review
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Help me outline a possible new-evidence claim. The conviction and case history are [summary]; the evidence is [description]; it was discovered [when/how]; jurisdiction and known deadlines are [details].
Organize these facts into a post-conviction evidence summary: [case background], [new evidence], [discovery timeline], and [possible effect on the conviction]. Flag questions for counsel.
Draft a preliminary claim outline from [evidence description] and [case history]. Explain the evidence's possible relevance based only on these facts, and list information I still need to confirm.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
A definitive legal opinion on whether a claim will succeed or qualify for relief
Representation, filing an appeal, or determining deadlines without jurisdiction-specific review
Can draft and revise written summaries, outlines, and questions from information supplied in chat
Cannot verify evidence, research current jurisdiction-specific law, determine legal eligibility, or file documents
