Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a clear comparison of non-drug pain management options—such as physical therapy, acupuncture, and mindfulness—based on your pain, goals, access, and preferences. Share where and how long you have had pain, what you have tried, and any relevant health or mobility considerations. Follow up with corrections or new priorities to refine the comparison and produce questions or a discussion guide for your healthcare professional. This is planning support, not a diagnosis or treatment plan.
What it writes
A side-by-side written comparison of selected non-drug approaches.
A summary of your stated goals, preferences, and considerations to bring to a clinician.
A focused list of questions about potential approaches for a healthcare discussion.
How to use it
The task framing helps turn personal pain context and practical preferences into a structured comparison, rather than a broad list of techniques. You can clarify priorities in follow-up and ask for the written overview or questions to be revised around them.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the pain’s location, duration, and effect on daily activities.
List approaches tried, your goals, and any relevant health or mobility considerations.
Share practical preferences or constraints, such as comfort with hands-on care or time available.
Be ready to describe your pain and what you hope to improve.
Include only health details you are comfortable sharing; avoid identifying information.
A good fit for
Comparing non-drug approaches in light of personal goals and preferences.
Organizing pain-related context before discussing options with a clinician.
Preparing questions about approaches such as physical therapy, acupuncture, or mindfulness.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Diagnosing the cause of pain or deciding whether a treatment is medically appropriate.
Replacing urgent care, a clinician’s assessment, or a personalized treatment plan.
Provides written comparisons and preparation support, not diagnosis or individualized medical clearance.
Cannot examine you or verify whether an approach is safe for your specific condition; discuss choices with a healthcare professional.
