Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For homeschool parents choosing a program, compare curricula by grade coverage, core subjects, teaching approach, and stated costs. Weigh options against your child’s learning needs, your teaching time, and any state requirements you name. Leave with a side-by-side comparison, questions to check before enrolling, and a short list of programs to investigate. You’ll need to share program information or names; there’s no live web search.

How to use it
In your first message, name your child’s grade, required subjects, teaching time, budget, and learning preferences. Include program names or pasted descriptions so the comparison uses actual curriculum features.

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
I’m choosing an online curriculum for my second grader. Compare a self-paced program with live lessons; we need reading, math, and a weekly time commitment under five hours.
My seventh grader dislikes video lessons and needs help with writing. What curriculum features should I compare, and how should I weigh parent teaching time against independent work?
Compare these two programs for a secular homeschool: Program A covers grades 6–8 and costs $600 a year; Program B is grade-specific and costs $450.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Choosing a curriculum without program information
State-specific compliance or legal advice
