Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a structured comparison brief for orphan drugs by sharing the treatments, rare-disease context, and any study, regulatory, pricing, or access information you have. The draft can organize reported findings alongside practical access details, identify gaps in the supplied materials, and distinguish findings described in your sources from questions that still need checking. Follow up to adjust the comparison criteria, audience, or level of detail. Use it to support discussion, not replace clinical or regulatory review.

What it writes

  • A side-by-side orphan-drug comparison brief based on supplied information
  • A concise summary separating reported efficacy, regulatory status, and access details
  • A list of evidence gaps and follow-up questions for a treatment review

How to use it

The Agent frames the task around the specific dimensions of orphan-drug review, then organizes supplied information into a readable comparison. You can refine criteria, audience, or emphasis through follow-up requests, making the written brief easier to use in a research or care-team discussion.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Names of the orphan drugs and the rare disease or treatment context
  • Relevant study findings, regulatory details, pricing, or access information you can provide
  • Comparison criteria and intended audience, such as a research or care-team discussion
  • Provide the relevant source details as text in the chat
  • For a useful comparison, identify the drugs and the condition or decision context

A good fit for

  • Organizing supplied evidence about multiple orphan drugs for comparison
  • Summarizing reported efficacy alongside regulatory and access details
  • Identifying missing information to clarify in a rare-disease treatment review
