Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a structured brief about who may hold rights to a creative work, how ownership may have changed, and what questions remain. Share the work type, contributors, relevant dates, agreement or license wording, and applicable jurisdiction. Follow up with missing details or corrections to refine the timeline, compare competing interpretations, or focus the brief on a specific ownership concern. The result is written preparation, not a legal determination; consult a qualified lawyer for advice on your situation.
What it writes
A written ownership timeline organized by contributor, event, and supporting information.
A plain-language comparison of supplied clauses concerning assignment, licensing, and retained rights.
A concise issue brief listing competing interpretations, uncertainties, and questions for a lawyer.
How to use it
The ownership-rights framing helps turn scattered project details and agreement wording into a focused written brief. You can refine it conversationally as you add dates, clarify contributions, or narrow the question, leaving you with organized material to review with a qualified lawyer.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the work, its contributors, and when it was created or shared.
Paste relevant contract, assignment, license, or collaboration terms, with sensitive details removed if appropriate.
Provide the jurisdiction relevant to the ownership question, if known.
Have the relevant facts and any agreement wording available to paste into the chat.
Identify the jurisdiction or say that it is unknown; legal rules vary by location.
A good fit for
Organizing a timeline of contributions and ownership-related events.
Comparing agreement language about assignment, licensing, or retained rights.
Preparing focused questions about a disputed or unclear ownership claim.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Obtaining a binding legal opinion or a definitive decision about who owns a work.
Having a dispute negotiated, adjudicated, or resolved on your behalf.
Confirming that an agreement complies with current law.
Can organize and explain supplied information in writing, but cannot verify documents, facts, or current law independently.
Cannot determine legal ownership with authority, provide a guaranteed outcome, or act as legal counsel.
