Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written plan for sharing patient health information, or a structured review of a draft data-sharing agreement. Provide the purpose, data involved, participating organizations, jurisdictions or rules you already know apply, and any relevant agreement text. The Agent can organize questions about safeguards, permissions, and responsibilities for follow-up discussion. Revise the draft by clarifying your context or priorities; have qualified privacy and legal professionals verify requirements before relying on it.
What it writes
A draft data-sharing plan outlining purpose, participants, data, and proposed safeguards.
An agreement review checklist with unclear terms and questions for professional review.
A plain-language responsibilities and discussion outline tailored to the supplied sharing scenario.
How to use it
The task framing helps turn a specific sharing scenario or agreement excerpt into an organized written draft, with attention to purpose, participants, safeguards, and open questions. Conversational follow-up can refine the wording or structure as you clarify the context.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the sharing purpose, data types, participants, and jurisdictions involved.
Paste relevant agreement wording or summarize known policies and privacy requirements.
State the intended audience and the questions or decisions the draft should address.
Remove patient identifiers and other sensitive details that are not needed for the discussion.
Have relevant agreement text, organizational policies, and known jurisdictional context ready to paste or summarize.
A good fit for
Healthcare teams preparing a discussion plan for a proposed patient-data exchange.
Organizations organizing questions and issues in a supplied data-sharing agreement.
Privacy staff seeking a plain-language outline of responsibilities and safeguards to review.
