Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written appeal draft by sharing the platform, the takedown notice or its wording, what the content shows or contains, and your relevant rights or permission context. The agent can help organize your explanation and frame a response to the stated reason for removal. Add missing details or clarify your position in follow-up messages to refine the draft. Check current platform rules and deadlines yourself, and review the draft before submitting it.
What it writes
A structured appeal draft responding to the removal reason you provide
A concise explanation of ownership, permission, or other relevant context for an appeal
A clarity review with suggested edits and questions to resolve before submission
How to use it
The task is framed around the notice, the content, and your reason for challenging removal, helping shape those details into a focused written response. You can supply clarifications or revise your position in conversation and request an updated draft for your review.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Platform name and the takedown notice text or stated reason for removal
A description of the content and how you created, own, or have permission to use it
Your intended appeal points and any relevant dates or platform instructions you can provide
Have the notice or its wording and a description of the removed content available as text
Be prepared to review the draft and confirm that your factual statements are accurate
A good fit for
Organizing a response to a content removal or intellectual-property takedown notice
Explaining ownership, permission, or why you believe the removal was mistaken
Turning rough notes about a takedown into a readable appeal draft
