Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.

Prepare a clear written brief about a pollution incident by sharing what happened, when and where it occurred, who may be involved, and what records or expenses you have. The Agent can organize your account, identify documentation gaps, and draft questions about possible claims, losses, and regulatory issues for discussion with a lawyer or relevant authority. Follow-up details can help refine the chronology and checklist. This is preparation, not legal advice or a determination of your rights.
What it writes
A readable incident chronology based on your account.
A tailored checklist of records and information to gather.
A set of questions about the incident and described impacts for a lawyer or relevant authority.
How to use it
The Agent frames the task around pollution-incident claim preparation, turning supplied facts into a chronology, documentation checklist, or discussion questions. You can add details in follow-up messages to clarify the account and revise the written materials; legal conclusions and claim decisions remain with qualified professionals.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
A written account of the incident, including approximate dates, location, and what you observed.
Relevant details you can share about people or organizations involved, records available, and expenses or impacts you want organized.
Provide the relevant facts in text; avoid including sensitive personal information you do not need to share.
For legal advice or decisions about your rights, consult a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.
A good fit for
People organizing facts and records after a suspected pollution incident.
Claimants preparing a concise incident chronology and list of documentation gaps.
People preparing questions for a lawyer or relevant environmental authority.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Organize this account into a dated pollution-incident chronology: [incident details and dates].
Create a document checklist based on these facts and records I have: [incident summary] [available records].
Organize these impacts and expenses I described, and draft questions about them for a lawyer or relevant authority: [descriptions] [amounts, if known].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Obtaining a legal opinion, legal representation, or a decision on whether a claim will succeed.
Determining which losses are legally recoverable or establishing the cause or extent of harm.
Can organize supplied information and draft written summaries, checklists, and questions; it cannot verify evidence, investigate an incident, or determine legal liability.
Cannot file or manage a claim, contact agencies or other parties, or provide jurisdiction-specific legal advice; have legal and regulatory issues checked by an appropriate professional.
