Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

For households, shelters, and community teams sorting out health risks after a flood, wildfire, storm, or other disaster. Map concerns such as contaminated water, sewage, mold, smoke, injuries, and interrupted medicines to prevention steps and questions for local responders. Leave with a prioritized hazard checklist, setting-specific actions, and questions to raise with public health or emergency officials.

What it writes

  • Prioritized post-disaster hazard checklist
  • Shelter water and sanitation action list
  • Questions for local health responders

How to use it

In your first message, name the disaster, setting, affected people, and known conditions—such as floodwater inside a shelter, one toilet for 40 people, and limited bottled water. Those specifics shape the priority list.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Disaster type and affected setting
  • Current conditions and known hazards
  • Affected groups, supplies, and service gaps
  • Know who will use the checklist

A good fit for

  • Checking water and sanitation risks at a flood-damaged community shelter
  • Planning precautions around smoke, ash, and debris after a wildfire
  • Listing health concerns when a storm disrupts local clinics and pharmacies

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Our shelter has 40 people after a flood, one working toilet, and bottled water for two days. Make a health-risk checklist and list urgent questions for responders.

After a wildfire, our neighborhood has ash on outdoor surfaces and several residents with asthma. What exposure risks and prevention steps should we raise with local health officials?

A hurricane cut power at our rural clinic, and some residents need refrigerated insulin. List health concerns and questions for emergency coordinators.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Diagnosing or treating individual symptoms
  • Confirming water, food, or site safety
  • Contact emergency services for immediate danger
  • Cannot verify current local hazards or official advisories
  • Cannot inspect water, debris, buildings, or medical supplies
