Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written overview of a press-rights issue, with the relevant country or jurisdiction, what happened or is being considered, and your main question. Press Rights can organize the legal and ethical context, explain competing considerations, and identify points that may need further research. Share corrections or additional facts in a follow-up to refine the draft or focus it on a particular audience. This is informational writing, not legal advice; consult a qualified lawyer for decisions about a specific case.
What it writes
A structured overview of a press-rights issue and its key legal and ethical considerations
A briefing outline that separates known facts, open questions, and issues for further research
An audience-focused explanation of a press-freedom concept or jurisdiction-specific question
How to use it
The Agent frames press-rights questions around jurisdiction, context, and intended audience, then organizes legal and ethical considerations into readable written material. You can follow up with added facts or a different focus to revise the draft; specific legal decisions still require qualified counsel.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Country or jurisdiction relevant to the press-rights question
Brief description of the situation, policy, or issue and your main question
Intended audience or purpose, such as classroom discussion or newsroom planning
Provide relevant facts and jurisdiction in text; no file or image review is available
For a useful analysis, specify whether you want an educational overview, briefing, or issue comparison
A good fit for
Journalists preparing to understand a press-freedom issue affecting their work
Educators developing discussion material about press rights and media ethics
Advocates organizing questions about legal protections or restrictions on the press
