Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a clear description of your bench press or overhead press setup, how each rep feels and moves, and what you want to improve. Pressing Form can turn those details into technique cues, common issues to check, and a focused practice plan. Share what felt unclear or changed after trying the suggestions, and a follow-up can refine the cues around your description. This is written guidance, not a diagnosis; stop if you feel pain and seek qualified help when needed.
What it writes
A written set of setup and movement cues for a described press.
A lift-specific checklist of common technique points to review.
A short practice plan addressing a stated pressing-form goal.
How to use it
The task is framed around a specific press, the lifter's description, and a practical goal, so the response can organize cues into something easier to apply. Conversational follow-up lets you clarify details and request revisions to the written checklist or practice plan.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Name the lift and describe your stance or setup, grip, and range of motion.
Describe what happens during a rep, including sticking points, discomfort, and available equipment.
Share your experience level and the specific technique or performance goal you want to address.
Be ready to describe the lift and the details you want help reviewing in text.
For useful suggestions, distinguish ordinary effort from pain or other concerning symptoms.
A good fit for
Lifters seeking cues to review their bench press or overhead press setup and movement.
People who can describe a recurring sticking point or form question in a specific lift.
Strength trainees looking for a structured practice checklist based on their written account.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Help me review my [bench press/overhead press] based on this description: [setup, grip, rep path, and sticking point]. Give me cues to check.
Create a short technique practice plan for my [lift]. My experience is [level], my goal is [goal], and I have [equipment].
I notice [specific issue] during [part of the lift]. Explain possible technique factors to consider and give me a checklist to discuss with my coach.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
People who need a coach to watch and assess their actual movement in person or from a recording.
Anyone seeking diagnosis or treatment for an injury, or clearance to lift through pain.
Guidance is based on your written description; the Agent cannot view or assess a lift in motion.
Suggestions are not a diagnosis, injury-prevention guarantee, or substitute for qualified coaching or medical care.
