Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a privacy impact assessment draft by describing the project, the personal data involved, who uses or receives it, and how it is handled. Share any privacy requirements, policies, or safeguards you already know apply, and the format you need; the Agent can organize these details into a written assessment and flag questions for follow-up.

Revise the draft by supplying corrections, stakeholder answers, or additional requirements. Check legal obligations and final decisions with an appropriate privacy or legal professional.

What it writes

  • A structured privacy impact assessment draft based on supplied project details.
  • A list of missing information and focused questions for project or privacy stakeholders.
  • A revised assessment section reflecting supplied feedback, safeguards, or known requirements.

How to use it

The assessment-focused framing helps turn project and data-flow details into organized written sections, with gaps and follow-up questions made explicit. You can add stakeholder answers or corrections in conversation and request a revised draft, while keeping legal review and decisions with qualified people.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • A plain-text description of the project, its purpose, and the people or groups involved.
  • Details of personal data collected or used, how it flows, and who can access or receive it.
  • Known privacy requirements, safeguards, concerns, and the assessment format or sections you need.
  • Provide project and data-handling details in text; the Agent cannot inspect attachments or other media.
  • Supply any applicable legal requirements or internal policies you already know, or have a qualified professional confirm them.

A good fit for

  • Organizing early project details into a structured privacy impact assessment draft.
  • Identifying missing information and questions to raise with project, security, or privacy stakeholders.
  • Revising an assessment outline or pasted draft after you provide clarifications and known requirements.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Determining which privacy laws apply or providing a definitive legal compliance opinion.
  • Assessing information in files, images, or external systems that you have not pasted into the chat.
  • Can draft, organize, and revise assessment text from details and requirements supplied in chat; it cannot verify current laws or determine legal applicability.
  • Does not perform a formal organizational assessment, inspect systems, confirm safeguards, or approve compliance.
