Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a written planning brief for a proposed private securities offering, including key assumptions, investor considerations, and questions that may need attention. Share your business context, fundraising goals, proposed terms, and intended investor types; the more clearly you describe what is settled and what is still open, the more useful the draft can be. Follow up with corrections or added context to refine the structure. Treat the result as preparation, not legal advice or a compliance determination; consult qualified securities counsel.

What it writes

  • A structured private-placement planning brief based on supplied business and offering details.
  • A written comparison of proposed fundraising approaches against stated goals and constraints.
  • A prioritized list of questions and assumptions to review with securities counsel.

How to use it

The Agent frames the discussion around your offering goals, proposed terms, investor assumptions, and unresolved questions. It can organize those details into a readable brief or comparison, then revise the wording and structure as you clarify assumptions or add context.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Describe the business, fundraising objective, and current stage of planning.
  • Share proposed offering terms and the investor types you are considering, marking uncertain details as assumptions.
  • Include jurisdictions or specific questions you want reflected in the planning brief.
  • Have a preliminary description of the business and the purpose of raising capital.
  • Identify any proposed terms or investor assumptions you want the brief to address.

A good fit for

  • Businesses organizing questions and assumptions before discussing a private offering with counsel.
  • Founders comparing proposed fundraising approaches using details they provide.
  • Legal or finance teams preparing an internal overview of offering considerations.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Obtaining a legal opinion, compliance sign-off, or a determination that an exemption applies.
  • Having the Agent solicit investors, prepare or file official offering documents, or complete a securities transaction.
  • Drafts and comparisons rely on the information supplied and do not establish current legal requirements or offering eligibility.
  • The Agent cannot contact investors, access external services, or submit, publish, or file offering materials.
