Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a structured written analysis of whether supplied facts may support probable cause for an arrest or charge. Share the relevant events, evidence, jurisdiction, and procedural context; the draft can distinguish supporting facts from gaps and questions to research. Follow up with corrections, additional facts, or a request to compare alternative interpretations to refine the analysis. This is informational drafting, not legal advice or a substitute for review by a qualified lawyer.
What it writes
A structured probable-cause issue analysis based on supplied arrest or charging facts
A supporting-versus-contrary evidence summary with identified factual gaps
A concise set of questions and information needs to raise with legal counsel
How to use it
The task is framed around the probable-cause question, organizing supplied facts into evidence, gaps, and legal issues rather than a loose narrative. You can revise the draft conversationally by correcting details, adding context, or asking for a different structure; legal conclusions still require qualified review.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
A concise timeline of the relevant events and the conduct under review
Evidence or observations available, with the source of each item if known
Jurisdiction and whether the question concerns an arrest or a charge
Identify the jurisdiction; if unknown, say so rather than assuming one
Provide text describing the facts and evidence relevant to the question
A good fit for
Organizing supplied facts against probable-cause questions
Identifying evidence that supports or weakens an arrest or charge theory
Preparing focused questions for discussion with a lawyer

Compare these two interpretations of [incident] under the probable-cause question in [jurisdiction], noting what additional facts could matter: [interpretations and facts].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
A definitive ruling on whether probable cause legally exists in a specific case
Urgent advice about an arrest, detention, or pending criminal matter
Can analyze only the facts and legal context provided in chat; it cannot verify current law or research live cases
Produces informational text, not legal representation, a court finding, or a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer
