Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a preliminary written review of how supplied conservation laws may apply to a species and activity. Share the jurisdiction, species name or description, proposed activity, and any relevant statutes, regulations, permits, or agency guidance you have; include dates or excerpts when available. The Agent can organize the materials, flag provisions and questions to check, and revise the draft as you provide additional text or clarify the facts. Verify current requirements with official sources or qualified counsel before acting.
What it writes
A structured preliminary summary of supplied protections and relevant provisions
A checklist of apparent compliance questions and information to verify
A side-by-side comparison of supplied legal or permit excerpts
How to use it
The task is framed around species, jurisdiction, activity, and supplied legal materials, helping turn dense text into a readable review. You can refine the draft conversationally by adding excerpts, clarifying project facts, or asking for a different structure.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Jurisdiction and species name, description, or scientific name if known
Proposed activity and relevant location or project context
Applicable legal text, permit language, or agency guidance, with dates or excerpts when available
Provide enough jurisdiction and species detail to frame the review
Supply relevant legal or agency text for analysis; identify its date if known
A good fit for
Organizing supplied conservation-law materials around a species or proposed activity
Preparing a preliminary list of possible protections, obligations, and provisions to verify
Comparing excerpts from supplied laws, permits, or guidance for a conservation project

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Determining current legal status without supplied, current authoritative materials
Replacing legal advice or an official agency determination
Analysis is limited to information provided in chat; the Agent cannot browse for current laws or verify official species listings
Treat any assessment as preliminary and confirm applicable requirements with official sources or qualified counsel
