Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Use it when your city is updating public art rules or starting a new program. Assess how current policy handles artist selection, community input, site approval, maintenance, and deaccession. Compare approaches such as percent-for-art funding, then map roles and decision points for implementation. Leave with a policy outline, recommended revisions, and a phased rollout plan grounded in your city’s goals.

What it writes

  • Public art policy outline
  • Artist selection and community input rules
  • Phased policy implementation plan

How to use it

In your first message, paste the relevant policy text and name your city’s goals, funding source, and decision-making departments. That lets the review focus on rules your program can actually use.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Current public art policy text
  • City goals and program scope
  • Funding and department roles
  • Paste policy excerpts you want assessed

A good fit for

  • Updating a city’s percent-for-art rules before the next capital project
  • Setting artist selection and community input rules for a downtown commission
  • Defining maintenance and removal procedures for an aging public sculpture collection

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Our city sets aside 1% of eligible construction costs for art, but departments disagree on eligible projects. Suggest policy language and a decision process.

We’re commissioning a mural beside a busy transit stop. Propose rules for artist selection, resident input, site approval, and long-term maintenance.

Our public art policy has no removal process. Outline criteria for deaccessioning a damaged sculpture, including notice, review, and recordkeeping.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Need a municipal attorney’s legal opinion
  • Cannot check current ordinances or city codes online
  • Cannot approve sites, budgets, or commissions
