Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
If you’re examining a public-health conspiracy claim for a class, newsroom, community group, or health team, paste the claim and any source excerpts. Get a breakdown of its assertions and reasoning, possible origins in the context you share, and ways it may shape trust or public discussion. Leave with an audience-specific explanation or talking points grounded in that material.
What it writes
Claim and evidence breakdown
Origins and community impact overview
Audience-specific response talking points
How to use it
In your first message, paste the exact claim, the source’s key passage, and who will read your response. Include the setting—such as a school meeting or clinic briefing—so the analysis fits the discussion.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Claim text or passage
Source excerpts or background
Audience and communication goal
Paste the claim into chat
A good fit for
Preparing a community briefing on vaccine claims circulating in local groups
Assessing a conspiracy narrative for a public-health communications class
Planning a response to distrust after a local water-safety rumor
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Analyze the claim that childhood vaccines cause infertility. A post cites a 2021 study but gives no link; separate its assertions, reasoning, and unanswered questions.
Help me explain a rumor that tap water contains tracking chemicals to a neighborhood meeting. Use these notes: residents report a metallic taste, and the utility says no changes were made.
Map how claims that hospitals invent disease outbreaks could affect trust in our county health department. I’m preparing a staff briefing for clinic managers.

It does not carry out actions in other applications.
