Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a written public health drill outline using your exercise goals, participating organizations or roles, and relevant local procedures. The draft can bring a scenario, role descriptions, discussion prompts, and evaluation questions together for your team to review and adapt. Share observations after the exercise to request a revised summary or draft improvement items. This supports planning and review; it does not conduct the drill or validate response readiness.
What it writes
A written exercise outline combining scenario, objectives, roles, and discussion sequence
A set of draft evaluation questions or debrief prompts tailored to supplied goals
A draft improvement checklist organized from supplied observations for local review
How to use it
It helps assemble a scenario, participant roles, and evaluation questions into one revisable exercise outline, then lets you refine the wording and structure through follow-up. That gives your team a concrete written starting point based on the goals and local context you supply, while leaving operational decisions and validation to people responsible for the exercise.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Exercise purpose, objectives, and intended participant group
Relevant local procedures, constraints, and participating roles
For follow-up, notes or observations from the exercise
Provide the exercise goals and enough scenario context to frame a useful draft.
Review drafts with relevant local officials and align them with current procedures before use.
A good fit for
Public health teams drafting a tabletop or discussion-based exercise outline
Community planners organizing scenario details and participant responsibilities
Teams preparing written evaluation questions or draft improvement items from supplied observations
