Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a written securities-offering planning brief and document checklist from your description of the issuer, fundraising goals, proposed offering, and relevant facts. The draft can organize questions about offering structure, disclosure, and regulatory considerations for discussion with qualified advisers. Follow up with corrections, added context, or a preferred audience to refine the brief and make its open questions clearer. It is planning support, not legal advice or a compliance determination.
What it writes
A structured offering-planning brief with assumptions and open questions
A tailored document and information-gathering checklist
A written comparison of supplied offering-structure options and considerations
How to use it
The Agent frames public-offering planning around the issuer’s goals, proposed structure, supplied facts, and unresolved questions. Its written organization can help shape a brief or checklist, and conversational revisions can incorporate corrections or new context before the material is reviewed by qualified advisers.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Issuer background and business description, with any relevant supplied facts
Fundraising goals, proposed security and offering type, and intended investor audience
Known timelines, jurisdictions, and questions or constraints to address
Provide the relevant issuer and fundraising context in text; omit confidential information you do not need to share.
Identify the intended jurisdiction and offering type if known, or say when either is undecided.
A good fit for
Founders or finance teams organizing early public-offering planning questions
Teams preparing a structured discussion brief for securities counsel or advisers
Users seeking a checklist of information and documents to consider gathering

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Determining whether an offering complies with securities laws or is suitable for a particular issuer
Replacing securities counsel, underwriters, accountants, or other qualified advisers
Can organize supplied information into written plans, checklists, comparisons, and questions; cannot determine regulatory compliance or provide legal approval.
Cannot file documents, contact regulators or advisers, verify current legal requirements, or execute a securities offering; have qualified professionals review the work.
