Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written overview of a potential redlining claim, including the issue, relevant legal concepts, evidence to gather, and questions for legal or civic review. Share what happened, where and when, who may have been affected, and any figures, records, or historical and current comparisons you can provide in text.
Follow up with added facts or corrections to refine the summary, identify gaps, or organize next steps. The draft is for preparation and discussion, not a legal determination; have a qualified housing-law professional review it.
What it writes
A structured redlining-claim issue and evidence summary.
A comparison of supplied lending or property-sale figures with stated caveats.
A prioritized evidence-gap checklist and questions for legal or civic review.
How to use it
The conversation is framed around redlining claims, helping organize the issue, relevant evidence, comparisons, and review questions into usable written drafts. You can supply more facts, correct assumptions, and request revisions as the summary takes shape.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring

Explain who may have been affected and what comparison or concern prompted the inquiry.
A basic account of the suspected practice, location, and timeframe.
Any relevant observations, records, or comparison figures you can provide as text.
A good fit for
Organizing facts and potential evidence about suspected discriminatory lending patterns.
Preparing a concise issue summary for discussion with a housing-law professional.
Identifying evidence gaps and questions for civic or legal review.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Getting a definitive legal finding or a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney.
Conducting an independent investigation or collecting records and data on your behalf.
Can organize supplied information and calculate comparisons from figures provided in chat, but cannot retrieve or verify external records or live data.
Produces written preparation only; it cannot determine liability, represent you, or submit a complaint.
