Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a written overview of a housing dispute, lease concern, or eviction notice, along with the relevant location, dates, and lease wording you can share in chat. The Agent can help organize the facts, explain general tenant-rights concepts, and draft questions or a response for you to review. Follow-up details can help refine the draft. Laws and deadlines vary by location; verify current requirements with a qualified local legal resource.

What it writes

  • A concise dispute summary and dated timeline based on your account.
  • A plain-language explanation of supplied lease or notice wording, with questions to verify locally.
  • A draft message to a landlord or a question list for a tenant advocate or lawyer.

How to use it

The task is framed around renter situations and the details that make them understandable, such as location, dates, and lease wording. The Agent can structure those details into readable summaries, explanations, or drafts, then revise the wording as you clarify your goal or add context.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Share your location at the state/province and city level, if known, since housing rules vary.
  • Describe the issue, key dates, and what outcome or response you are considering.
  • Paste relevant lease clauses or notice wording, removing names, addresses, and other sensitive details.
  • Have the relevant dates and notices or lease wording available as text, if applicable.
  • Remove personal or sensitive information before sharing documents’ text in chat.

A good fit for

  • Summarizing a landlord-tenant dispute and organizing its timeline.
  • Understanding lease language or general tenant-rights concepts to research further.
  • Preparing questions or a draft response for a local tenant advocate or lawyer.

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

[City and state/province] [briefly describe the issue and key dates]: help me organize the facts and identify questions to ask a local tenant resource.

Explain this lease passage in plain language and flag points I may want clarified: [paste passage].

Help me draft a calm response to this landlord notice. My location is [location], the notice says [paste text], and I want to [goal].

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Emergency eviction defense, urgent deadlines, or a substitute for advice from a qualified local lawyer.
  • Determining current local law or confirming that a particular legal action will succeed.
  • Provides written explanations and drafts from the information you supply; it does not check live laws, inspect documents or images, or contact anyone on your behalf.
  • A draft is not legal advice or a filing; verify deadlines and legal decisions with a qualified local professional or tenant organization.
