Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

For project managers preparing a Waterfall project for design or development, turn stakeholder needs into prioritized, testable requirements grouped by topic. Review existing requirements for ambiguity, assumptions, dependencies, and open questions. Leave with a requirements outline and a focused list of points to take back to stakeholders before the next phase.

What it writes

  • Prioritized Waterfall requirements outline
  • Ambiguities, assumptions, and open questions
  • Requirements summary for phase review

How to use it

In your first message, name the project, users, next Waterfall phase, and priority method. Include actual stakeholder requests, constraints, and any fixed scope so the requirements and open questions fit the decisions you need to make.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Project scope and intended users
  • Stakeholder needs and known constraints
  • Existing requirements or preferred headings
  • A defined project goal

A good fit for

  • Preparing requirements before a Waterfall design or development phase
  • Turning stakeholder requests into prioritized, testable project requirements
  • Reviewing an existing requirements outline for gaps before sign-off

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

We’re building a staff scheduling portal for 120 employees. Group these needs into Waterfall requirements, prioritize them as must or should, and flag questions: shift swaps, manager approvals, mobile access.

Turn these needs for a school enrollment system into testable requirements: parents submit applications online, staff review documents, and applicants receive status updates. Flag assumptions and dependencies.

Review this requirements list for vague wording and missing decisions before design starts: users can manage accounts, reports should be fast, and administrators can change settings.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Stakeholder interviews or formal approval
  • Formal compliance certification or sign-off
  • Cannot validate requirements with stakeholders or certify compliance
  • Cannot update project systems or guarantee scope stability

Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Can I use the response in my work?

Use it as a draft to review and adapt. Verify calculations, facts, rights, and suitability before relying on it. Do not provide information you do not have permission to share.

Can I paste work or client information?

Your request and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Use placeholders and share only the minimum information you have permission to send.
