Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For city staff, fire and EMS leaders, journalists, and residents reviewing emergency response times, compare departments or service areas across periods and call types. Paste labeled figures to identify rising or falling times, gaps between groups, and limits caused by different definitions or reporting methods. Leave with a comparison table, key caveats, and specific questions for a public-safety review.
What it writes
Department-by-department response-time comparison
Patterns by period and call type
Questions for a public-safety review
How to use it
In your first message, include the figures by department, period, and call type, plus whether each number is an average, median, or percentile. That lets the comparison account for differences in how response times are reported.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Response-time figures with units
Periods, departments, and call types
Definitions and the question you want answered
Figures labeled by group and period
A good fit for
Comparing fire department response times across neighboring service areas
Checking whether EMS response times changed after a policy shift
Preparing questions about response-time differences between call types
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Compare these 2022 and 2023 median fire response times for North and South districts: North 6.8 and 7.4 minutes; South 8.1 and 7.9 minutes. What changed?
Review these EMS call-type averages for January through March: cardiac 8.2 minutes, falls 11.6, and vehicle crashes 9.4. What patterns stand out, and what caveats matter?
Our city reports calls answered within eight minutes: 72% in 2021, 68% in 2022, and 70% in 2023. List questions for a public-safety review.
