Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a structured rule-out testing draft by sharing the clinical question, differential diagnoses under consideration, relevant patient context, and any test characteristics or results you have. The Agent can organize candidate tests and explain what a negative result may mean based on the information supplied. Follow up with corrected details, constraints, or a preferred format to refine the draft. Use clinician judgment and current local guidance before applying it to patient care.
What it writes
A structured rule-out testing discussion organized by condition and candidate test.
A plain-language interpretation of supplied negative-test results, including stated assumptions.
A concise list of missing case details and questions for clinician review.
How to use it
The task framing keeps the discussion centered on excluding conditions within a differential, rather than producing a broad diagnostic overview. Its structure can make test considerations, negative-result interpretation, and uncertainties easier to review, while conversational revisions let clinicians adjust the draft as they clarify the case.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
State the clinical question and conditions you want to rule out.
Provide relevant patient context, such as symptoms, history, and risk factors.
Include any test options, characteristics, or results you want considered.
Have a defined clinical question and a preliminary differential diagnosis.
Remove identifying patient information before sharing case details.
A good fit for
Clinicians organizing a differential into a focused rule-out testing discussion.
Reviewing how supplied test characteristics relate to excluding a specific condition.
Drafting a clear explanation of assumptions, uncertainties, and missing case details.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
For [clinical question], help me compare text-based rule-out testing considerations for [conditions], using this context: [relevant patient details].
Given [test and supplied characteristics], explain what a negative result may and may not tell us about [condition] in this case: [context].
Turn this differential into a concise testing discussion, noting assumptions and missing information: [differential and case context].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Obtaining a diagnosis or patient-specific treatment decision without clinician review.
Replacing current clinical guidelines, specialist consultation, or local testing protocols.
Provides written reasoning from supplied information; it does not examine patients or verify current guidelines and test performance.
A clinician must validate test selection and interpretation for the patient and care setting.
