Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a written assessment of a suspected product safety defect, including a clear summary of the concern, supplied evidence, potential risks, and questions to investigate. Share the product, what happened, who may be affected, and any relevant requirements or standards you already have. Follow-up details in chat can help revise the assessment and tailor a review checklist. This is preparation for human review, not a determination of legal compliance or product safety.

What it writes

  • A structured written assessment summarizing the suspected defect, supplied evidence, and potential concerns.
  • A tailored checklist of questions and information to review next.
  • A written outline of possible corrective-action considerations based on the details provided.

How to use it

The task framing helps turn incident details, evidence, and relevant requirements you provide into an organized written assessment. A clear structure makes concerns and open questions easier to review, while conversational revisions can incorporate additional supplied context into the draft and checklist.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Product description, intended use, and the suspected defect or hazard.
  • Incident details, including what happened, when, and any known effects or affected users.
  • Relevant test results, requirements, standards, or prior corrective steps you can provide in chat.
  • Provide the relevant facts in text; avoid sharing sensitive personal information where it is not needed.
  • For standards or legal requirements, supply the applicable text or identify the requirements you want considered.

A good fit for

  • Organizing reports of a suspected product hazard into a readable assessment.
  • Preparing questions and evidence needs for a human product-safety review.
  • Drafting a checklist of possible risk-reduction and corrective-action considerations.

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Organize this suspected defect into an assessment: [product and intended use], [what happened], [known effects], [evidence supplied].

Draft a review checklist for this reported hazard: [defect], [people potentially affected], [known incident details], [requirements or standards to consider].

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Confirming that a product complies with laws, regulations, or technical standards.
  • Making urgent safety decisions or replacing qualified legal, engineering, or regulatory review.
  • Can organize supplied information and draft written assessments, checklists, and corrective-action considerations; it cannot inspect or test products.
  • Cannot verify current requirements, establish causation, certify compliance, or carry out corrective actions.
