Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a clear written account of a suspected scam by sharing what happened, when, how you were contacted, and any steps you took. This Agent can organize details into a timeline, help distinguish observed facts from assumptions, and adapt the draft to a reporting destination or form you identify. Leave out passwords, full payment details, and other sensitive information. Check the destination’s current instructions yourself and submit the report directly.
What it writes
A chronological scam incident summary with clearly labeled dates and events.
A concise report draft tailored to a destination you specify.
A fact-versus-assumption checklist to review before you submit your account.
How to use it
The task is framed around turning a user's account into a structured report, with a timeline and wording suited to a destination they identify. Conversational revisions can clarify chronology, tighten the language, and flag details the user may want to confirm before submitting.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
A summary of what happened, including approximate dates and how the contact occurred.
Relevant details such as the claims made, requested payment or information, and actions you took.
The reporting destination or form you want the draft adapted for, if known.
Provide the relevant events in text; include approximate dates when exact ones are unavailable.
Identify the intended reporting destination if you want the wording tailored to it.
A good fit for
Organizing a confusing sequence of scam-related events into a readable timeline.
Drafting a concise account for a platform, financial institution, or authority the user identifies.
Separating firsthand observations from suspicions before making a report.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Turn these notes into a factual scam report with a timeline: [what happened, dates, contact method, and actions taken].
Adapt my account for [reporting destination or form]; keep it concise and flag details I should confirm: [account].
Help separate confirmed facts from assumptions in this suspected scam account: [messages or events described in text].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Finding or verifying current agency contact details, reporting links, or filing instructions.
Submitting reports, contacting organizations, recovering funds, or stopping further transactions.
Produces written preparation only; it cannot verify current reporting channels or submit a report.
Do not include passwords, full card or bank details, identity numbers, or other sensitive credentials.
For urgent account or payment issues, contact your financial institution or the relevant authority directly using a channel you verify.
