Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For parties working through an environmental litigation settlement, map remediation duties, site access, agency reporting, cost allocation, and monitoring into an agreement outline. Generate clause language for proposed terms, compare competing positions, and flag gaps such as missing deadlines or unclear completion criteria. Leave with an agreement outline, clause options, and focused questions for counsel.

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
We are settling a groundwater case in Ohio. The company proposes quarterly sampling for two years, but the town wants annual reports and a longer monitoring period. Outline the disputed terms.
Write clause options for a settlement requiring soil removal within 90 days, agency approval of the sampling plan, and monthly progress reports.
Our proposed settlement splits remediation costs 70/30 and includes a release after agency sign-off. List negotiation questions about the release and sign-off terms.
