Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a written software-copyright issue brief from a description of your code, development history, and the question you need answered. Share relevant license terms, contribution details, and any specific jurisdiction or agreement language you can provide; the Agent can organize the facts, explain general copyright concepts, and flag questions to investigate. Follow up with corrections or added context to refine the draft. This is informational preparation, not legal advice; consult a qualified lawyer for decisions.

What it writes

  • A structured summary of software authorship, ownership, and contribution facts.
  • A plain-language explanation of copyright issues raised by supplied license wording.
  • A list of open questions and information to gather for a lawyer or compliance review.

How to use it

The task framing helps turn scattered code, contribution, and license details into a focused written brief. You can refine it in conversation by adding facts, clarifying the question, or asking for a different structure, while keeping legal decisions with a qualified professional.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Describe the software, the relevant code or components, and your copyright question.
  • Provide applicable license terms, contribution history, or agreement excerpts as text.
  • Include the relevant jurisdiction if known.
  • Have a specific software-copyright question or situation to describe.
  • Provide relevant license or agreement wording as text if you want it considered.

A good fit for

  • Organizing facts about software authorship, ownership, and contributions.
  • Understanding general copyright questions related to software development.
  • Preparing issues and questions about license terms or possible infringement for further review.

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Organize these facts about my software and contributors into a copyright issue brief: [project and contribution details].

Explain the copyright questions raised by this license excerpt in plain language: [license text and jurisdiction, if known].

List the facts and questions I should discuss with a lawyer about this possible software-copying issue: [what happened and relevant dates].

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • A legal opinion, representation, or decision about your rights or obligations.
  • A definitive infringement determination or review of materials you have not provided as text.
  • The Agent can draft and revise written explanations and issue lists; it cannot determine legal rights or provide professional legal advice.
  • A qualified lawyer should review consequential decisions, jurisdiction-specific questions, and possible infringement disputes.
