Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For archaeologists working through excavation records, compare layer descriptions, interfaces, and finds to assess which deposits came first. Map reported relationships into a Harris-style matrix, flag contradictions in the sequence, and explain what the pattern may say about site formation. Leave with a proposed layer sequence, questions to check against field records, and a concise interpretation for your report.
What it writes
Proposed context sequence or Harris matrix
List of stratigraphic conflicts to check
Site formation interpretation for your report
How to use it
Include context numbers, the recorded relationships between each layer, and any finds or dates by context in your first message. Mark uncertain observations so the proposed sequence keeps assumptions separate from recorded evidence.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Context numbers and layer descriptions
Recorded cuts, seals, and abutments
Finds and dating evidence by context
Use consistent context numbers in your notes
A good fit for
Sorting out overlapping cuts and fills in a complex excavation area
Checking whether finds support the proposed order of deposits
Interpreting how later disturbance changed an archaeological site
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
I have contexts 101, 102, and 103. Context 102 cuts 101, while 103 seals both; help me map their sequence and note any assumptions.
Context 21 is dark loam with Roman pottery, and context 24 is sterile clay beneath it. What can I infer, and what evidence should I compare before dating them?
Our trench notes say wall footing 8 cuts floor 12, but another sheet says the floor abuts the footing. Help me identify the conflict and plan what to check.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Replacing specialist archaeological field interpretation
Dating deposits from layer descriptions alone
Archaeological conclusions may need specialist review
Cannot inspect trench photographs or excavation records
Sequence proposals rely on relationships you describe
