Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a focused therapy-goal draft by sharing what you hope to change, what feels difficult now, and any time frame or preferences that matter. The Agent can organize these into specific, observable goals and suggest simple reflection questions for discussing progress. Bring back your own updates or therapist feedback to revise the wording and priorities; use the draft as a conversation aid, not as a diagnosis or substitute for care.
What it writes
A concise set of therapy-goal drafts with specific, observable wording.
A goal-refinement worksheet in plain text with prompts for reflecting on progress.
A revised goal summary incorporating your self-reported updates and therapist feedback.
How to use it
The Agent frames your stated therapy priorities as organized, measurable goal drafts and can refine them in conversation as you clarify needs or share updates. Its structured wording and reflection prompts can make goal-setting discussions easier to prepare for, while clinical decisions remain with you and your therapist.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Share the concern or life area you want therapy to address and what you hope will be different.
Describe relevant current challenges, strengths, and any goal preferences or time frame in your own words.
If revising goals, provide your reflections on progress and any feedback you want considered.
No special preparation is needed; share only details you are comfortable discussing in text.
For revisions based on treatment, bring relevant feedback from your therapist if available.
A good fit for
Clients preparing specific therapy goals to discuss with their therapist.
People who have broad intentions and want to phrase them as observable steps or outcomes.
Therapists seeking a written starting point for collaborative goal-setting conversations.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Help me turn [therapy priority] into two measurable goal drafts, considering [current challenge] and [preferred time frame].
Make this goal more specific and observable: [current goal]. My main concern is [concern], and I would like to notice progress through [sign or reflection].
Revise these therapy goals using my update: [goals]. Since our last discussion, [what I noticed], and my therapist suggested [feedback].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Diagnosis, crisis support, or recommendations for a clinical treatment plan.
Replacing a therapist's judgment or deciding whether therapy is working.
Can draft goal wording, reflection questions, and revisions from information supplied in chat; it cannot monitor progress or maintain a treatment record.
A mental health professional should review clinical goals and adapt them to your needs and care.
