Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.

Prepare a preliminary estimate or explanation of a tax underpayment penalty using the tax year, jurisdiction, relevant penalty rules, and figures and dates you provide. You can share payment amounts, due dates, withholding, and any applicable safe-harbor or exception information in text; if rule details are missing, ask for an explanation of the figures without a calculation. A follow-up with corrected details can refine the written estimate and clarify its assumptions.
What it writes
A written preliminary estimate showing the supplied figures, dates, assumptions, and calculation steps
A plain-language explanation of how supplied underpayment penalty rules relate to payment timing
A revised estimate or explanation reflecting corrected figures or additional rule details
How to use it
The task is framed around the inputs that shape an underpayment penalty question: tax year, jurisdiction, applicable rules, figures, and dates. The Agent can organize a preliminary calculation or explain the figures when rules are incomplete, then revise the written result as you clarify assumptions or correct details.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Tax year and jurisdiction, plus applicable penalty rules or rule details you want used
Relevant figures and dates, such as tax owed, withholding, estimated payments, and payment due dates
Any known safe-harbor, exception, or prior-year tax information relevant to the question
Have the relevant tax year and jurisdiction available
Provide the applicable penalty rules or enough rule context for the requested calculation
A good fit for
Organizing payment and withholding details for a preliminary underpayment penalty estimate
Understanding how supplied penalty rules relate to a particular tax payment timeline
Comparing written estimates after correcting figures or adding missing rule context
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Using [jurisdiction], [tax year], and these penalty rules [paste rules or describe them], explain how my tax owed, withholding, and payments [figures and dates] may affect an underpayment penalty; if the rules are insufficient, explain the figures without estimating.
Explain the penalty rules I provide for [jurisdiction and tax year]: [paste rule text]. My estimated payments were [amounts and dates], withholding was [amount], and tax owed was [amount]. Identify which details matter to a preliminary estimate.
For [jurisdiction] and [tax year], apply these applicable penalty rules [paste rules or describe them] to my revised figures [amounts] and dates [dates]. Provide a preliminary calculation with assumptions, or explain the figures without calculating if the rule context is incomplete.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Determining an official tax liability or replacing advice tailored to your complete tax situation
Calculating a penalty when the applicable jurisdiction, tax year, or necessary rule context is unknown
Calculations and explanations use only the rules, figures, and dates supplied in the conversation; they are not official determinations.
Check current requirements and any estimate with an appropriate tax professional or tax authority before relying on it.
