Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a vendor-agreement draft, plain-language explanation, or focused review of terms using the wording and deal details you provide in chat. Share the parties’ roles, scope, payment terms, responsibilities, timing, and any jurisdiction you want considered; jurisdiction is context only, not legal verification. Any draft is based solely on your supplied information and may be incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Have a qualified lawyer check legal requirements, completeness, and enforceability before relying on or signing it.
What it writes
An initial vendor-agreement draft based on supplied deal terms.
A plain-language explanation of selected agreement clauses.
A list of potential questions or ambiguities evident in supplied wording.
How to use it
The Agent frames vendor-agreement work around the parties, deal terms, and clauses you provide, then organizes the response as draft language, explanations, or focused questions. You can refine the wording conversationally as you clarify terms; a qualified lawyer should assess legal sufficiency and suitability.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Paste the agreement wording or describe the proposed vendor relationship and terms in chat.
Provide relevant deal details such as scope, payment, responsibilities, deadlines, and any clauses you want addressed.
You may state a jurisdiction for context; the Agent cannot verify jurisdiction-specific law.
Provide the relevant agreement text or enough deal terms to frame the requested draft or explanation.
If useful, state the jurisdiction as context; this does not enable verification of applicable law.
A good fit for
Preparing an initial vendor-agreement draft from stated commercial terms.
Explaining supplied clauses in plain language and flagging questions to consider.
Comparing proposed wording with the deal details you provide.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Draft a vendor-agreement outline from these terms: [vendor and client roles], [scope], [payment], [timing], [responsibilities].
Explain this clause in plain language and suggest questions I should resolve: [paste clause]
Compare this agreement excerpt with my stated deal terms and note potential ambiguities evident in the text: [paste excerpt] [deal terms]
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Obtaining a lawyer’s legal advice or determining whether terms are enforceable or legally compliant.
Relying on a draft as a complete, final agreement or as a substitute for legal review.
Works with text supplied in chat; cannot inspect files or browse for live legal information.
Can prepare and revise written material, but cannot verify compliance, determine enforceability, negotiate terms, or execute an agreement.
