Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For creators and video teams deciding what to change after reviewing watch-time data. Share the platform, video topic, audience, and labeled retention figures; get a cautious read of where viewers may be dropping off, plus opening and pacing ideas tied to your goal. You leave with a planning brief, possible segment changes, and a checklist for your next edit or outline.
What it writes
Watch-time pattern review with caveats
Opening and pacing change ideas
Next-video retention planning checklist
How to use it
Include the platform, video length, audience, goal, and exact metric labels with time points—for example, YouTube retention at 0:30 and average view duration. This makes the review less likely to confuse different watch-time measures.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Platform and video topic
Retention figures with metric labels
Audience, goal, and video length
Use the platform’s metric labels
A good fit for
Reviewing audience retention after viewers leave early in a tutorial
Planning a new video after average view duration falls below your goal
Comparing two outlines before filming a product review
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
My 8-minute YouTube tutorial on sourdough loses 48% of viewers by 0:30. What might that suggest about the opening?
For a 12-minute skincare review, average view duration is 4:10 and the audience is mostly first-time buyers. Suggest pacing changes without assuming why viewers leave.
Compare these openings for a 6-minute travel video: a 20-second montage, or starting with the train delay. My goal is to hold viewers through the itinerary.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Live channel analytics or account monitoring
Proving why viewers left or predicting reach
Can interpret only figures and context typed into chat
Cannot check platform analytics or run retention experiments
