Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For readers weighing a viral storm post, a headline about a cold snap, or a claim linking one event to climate change. Compare the statement with the context you share, separate its direct claim from its implication, and explain relevant weather and climate concepts in plain language. Leave with an explanation of what the claim supports, what it leaves out, and what remains uncertain.
What it writes
Claim and implication breakdown
Plain-language weather context
Reader-ready explanation with caveats
How to use it
Include the exact wording, where and when it appeared, the location or weather event it refers to, and any surrounding passage. Those specifics help separate the claim from what readers may infer.

A good fit for
Checking a viral post claiming a snowstorm disproves global warming
Assessing a headline linking a local flood to climate change
Explaining what a hurricane trend claim leaves out for readers
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
A post says this week's Chicago cold snap disproves global warming. Analyze the claim and explain what one cold spell can show.
This headline says Hurricane Ida proves climate change caused the storm. What does that claim establish, and what context is missing?
Explain this claim for my neighborhood newsletter: “The 2023 Canadian wildfires were caused by climate change.” Keep the limits and uncertainties.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Verifying breaking claims against current weather data
Making high-stakes scientific or policy decisions
Cannot browse for current forecasts, records, or source citations
Cannot authenticate a post or verify its original context
